Onshore Model

is when we send our resources to the client’s site. Our resources continually interact with the customer’s team members. Together, they collect information, develop, implement, maintain, and support the project.

Offshore Model

wherein our resources are working on the project remotely. The client has no face-to-face interaction with our resources other than PMO or team leads. However, a customer can communicate with the team via video calls, etc.

Hybrid Model

We believe that a hybrid delivery model can deliver advantages of both the models (onshore & offshore) and has least of risks of not completing project successfully. People often choose the hybrid delivery model because of the cost savings of utilizing offshore resources while reducing the total infrastructure cost (for the onsite team).

Offshore/Onshore/Hybrid Outsourcing – Staff Augmentation

In this model, organizations can expand its team by outsourcing resources in short or long-term.  Instead of going though traditional hiring process i.e. searching, interviewing, onboarding and loosing time you can contact us to provide required resources to augment your current team. Outsourced specialists become part of you team while you become in charge of development process and workflow management.

Under this model, the resource is dedicated to work with one client only. He/she is not involved in any other project or client during the duration of the contract

  • Client shares the required job profile with BPC and specify the duration for which the resource is required. BPC shares the quote for the required resource with the client.
  • BPC conducts the initial interviews for the required profile and share the short-listed profiles with the client
  • Client conducts the final interviews and make the selection. In case of no candidate is selected, the process gets repeated till the required resource gets selected.
  • The contract is inked after finalizing the availability of the candidate and the operation commences.
